We have recently dealt with some sites which had a major fault. People were spending up wards of $2000.00 for SEO because they were not getting any enquiries through their web site.
What we found was forms or email redirects were incorrectly configured so forms filled out on the site were not being received.
TEST THE CONTACT FORM and ensure you are getting the test submission.
Failure can be caused by:
- No email address assigned to the form
- Simple spelling mistake in the email address
- Web site not actually sending emails
- Emails not being directed through a verified server - SPF record missing so receiving server no accepting the emails
- Emails being tagged a Spam - so filtered out
